Brief on Renovation:

Client just bought new house and wanted a few things changed around the house. The priority renovation was the bathroom.
We removed the old bath, small build in shower and vanity. Wall lining was removed but ceiling was left intact as clients wanted to keep tongue and groove ceiling. A new bath with shower screen was installed as well as a new modern toilet. Vanity was hand-picked by the clients. New wall lining was applied with Aqua line. Under tile heating and new tiled floor laid. Wall tiles now surround the bath.
Painted walls and Ceiling (including minor repair work on ceiling.
Clients were quoted for a new ceiling fan unit because they thought existing was not working BUT our electrician fixed the existing fan unit. This saved our client some money. 2 new light points above mirror and 1 new power point were installed as well as a heated towel rail
A complete new infinity warm water system was installed. The clients generally do their own interior painting, but wanted us to do the painting in the bathroom so they had a professional paint job.
